Plain packaging, neutral billing, and a return window long
enough that you can actually make up your mind.
Discreet by default
- Plain outer mailer. No logo, no product name, nothing printed on the outside.
- The customs declaration reads apparel.
- Your card or bank statement shows a neutral descriptor, never the product name.
- Sender is listed under a neutral trading name.

Free standard shipping on orders over $59. Below that, a
flat rate is calculated at checkout. Duties and import taxes, where they
apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
- 15 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and the hygiene liner intact.
- For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on any item where the liner
has been removed. Please try pieces on over your own underwear. - Message us with your order number and we will send
return instructions the same business day. - Refunds land on the original payment method within 5 – 10 business
days of the parcel reaching us. - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for damaged or incorrect items, which we replace or refund free of charge.
Something arrived wrong or damaged?
Send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund
you in full. No return shipment required. That is the whole process.
