1. Who we are

Gallianse operates this website and sells adult intimate apparel directly
to consumers worldwide. By using this site or placing an order you agree to
these terms.

2. Age restriction

This store sells adult intimate apparel. You must be at least 18 years old
(or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher) to browse or
purchase. We use an age verification gate on entry. Providing false age
information is a breach of these terms and voids any order.

3. Products and descriptions

We work hard to describe and photograph every item accurately, but colours
can shift between screens and daylight, and measurements are taken flat and
unstretched. Minor variation between the photograph and the item you receive
is normal and is not a defect.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude any duties or import taxes that
may apply in your country. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and
to cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious mistake. Payment is taken
at checkout through our payment processor; we never store your full card
details.

5. Orders

An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. Until then we
may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock,
if we cannot ship to your address, or if we suspect fraud.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Governed by our Shipping & Returns
policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photography, layout and branding
— belongs to Gallianse or its licensors and may not be reproduced
commercially without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim
relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the
order in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot
lawfully be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special
Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, and any dispute is
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
